Engineering Manager/Technical DirectorThis is a fantastic opportunity for a current Engineering Manager/Senior Engineer to progress to a Technical Directorposition within a year. My client is a leading Custom Electronics Designer and Manufacturer. Based in Hampshire nearDorset.You will be required to maintain position as market leading position in electronics and provide innovative and leadingedge guidance and management of a team of 4 electronic design engineers.Having at least 3 years experience at Senior Engineering/Manager level and demonstrating the flair and ability to runthis busy department to the highest standard of customer satisfaction and technical competence, the successful candidatewill display excellent organisational skills, have proven man management experience and meet the following: PCB/Thick Film Hybrid design experience Degree or equivalent in electronics Keen commercial awareness and customer satisfaction ethos Strong communication and interpersonal skills Authoritative and competent personality Ambitious and target drivenThis is a customer facing role and would suit an intelligent and commanding individual who wishes to advance their careerin this dynamic industry.
