Description:

Manage a team of skilled engineers and technicians to improve plant efficiency and productivity through improvingengineering processes.Ensure maintenance and production objectives are constantly achieved.Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems.Work within a budget whilst ensuring best use of internal and external maintenance resources.Ensure safe working practices are adhered to and any legal obligations are met with regard to building, plant andservices.Comply with current ISO14001 regulations.It is expected that the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with adegree in an Engineering discipline, and come from a heavy engineering or manufacturing environment.The position offers an excellent basic salary, company vehicle together with health and pension benefits.
