Description:

An outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Manager has arisen with a major player in the Rail Industry in Birmingham. Your role will be to ensure all Birmingham assigned projects adhere to Company & Project specific commercial systems & procedures. You will also ensure projects are successfully completed within target time scales and budgets, at all times safeguarding the legal and contractual position of my client. Candidates will be proven Commercial Managers with a strong knowledge of Contract Law , an expertise of large scale Engineering Projects, and first class motivation/leadership skills.
