PrincipalAccountabilities" Implement and maintain process and procedures to achieve economic cost in use." Maintain an current level of utility market intelligence" Plan, monitor and achieve consumption / emission targets" Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team business performance targets" Competency in current benchmark techniques" Competency in M&T skills and statistical analysis" Responsible and proactive in Legislative issues that affect customers" Identifies risks associated with the execution of service contracts" Accountable for own development plan for continuous improvement of competences in relation to the EE&T careerdevelopment program.Qualifications & Experience" Minimum 1 years experience in energy management" An appropriate energy related qualification or equivalent in building services engineering. ( to HNC level)" Understand the principles behind HVAC operation and system design/ integration" Good communication skills" Knowledge of customer operations, business drives, financials and specialist sources of information, legislativerequirements where necessary" Extensive working knowledge of BMS / M&T software
