The successful candidate should be studying towards an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, with a good degree and strong A -levels.Key Responsibilities Business partner to license sales management team Providing proactive analysis and advise Accuracy of the license forecast Avoid any surprises! (actuals and forecast ) Managing and completion of the license budget within timetable. Maximising the use of our internal systems Enabling GFIC to produce world class reports Detailed understanding of the go to market model Measuring the effectiveness of sales model Managing and monitoring the effectiveness of the licence compensation plans in driving the right behaviours asdetermined by the go to market model Working with and implementation of EMEA and Corporate Finance initiatives.Key Accountabilities Participate in License LOB related projects as required Analysis and problem solving relating to the license business Work with the financial reporting team in India to provide regular revenue, cost, pipeline and headcount reports toEMEA management. Detailed understanding of the EMEA go to market model and any country deviations Involvement in the EMEA license compensation planning process Understanding and tracking licence headcount ensuring headcount reported correctly by roleKey Skills You must be a part-qualified accountant. Ability to work in a virtual team environment and with people in remote locations Good communication skills Building effective relationships Strong analytical skills
