Middlesex based for this major company involved in Broadband wireless products and requires 4X Embedded softwarecontractorsROLE Specification, design, implementation, testing and documentation of embedded software, targeted for an environmentrunning Linux as the RTOS. Work will initially include the development of modules for an 802.16-2004 product, progressingto 802.16e in due course.SKILLS Five years experience of software design including Object Oriented Design. Knowledge of UML. Three yearsexperience of C/C++ programming for embedded systems. Ability to design software flexibly within strict time constraints.Experience of large software developments and working as part of a team. Experience of embedded Linux.
