Reporting to: Electrical EngineerRole: To maintain all appliances and machinery.Our client is a leading North Devon Manufacturer who has tremendous growth plans resulting in a variety of new permanent,full time positions.Main Duties: Service and maintain CNC machines with servo and motor drive systems in accordance with planned maintenance schedulesand production needs Work includes dealing with 3 phase and single phase electrics, and a working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics Installation work (wiring, conduit etc.) Maintenance of lighting, alarm systems etc Use of various test instruments Ability to undertake some mechanical dutiesPerson Specification: A time-served engineer or equivalent Experience of maintenance work within a factory environment Experience of PLCs preferred schematics, inputs/outputs (training available) Ability to carry out routine duties ideally accredited to a recognised training standard A self-motivated team playerHours/Shifts:Perm Night Shift (2-10pm) Monday to Friday with cover on Saturday mornings every few weeks (Rota).
