Description:

The role will involve responsibility for the development of environmental impact assessment (EIA) within the company andfor marketing this service to external clients. This will include the management of multi-disciplinary teams on a rangeof EIA based projects and building relationships with clients while negotiating with government agencies andstakeholders. Other duties will include the supervision and mentoring of junior members of staff and ensuring theaccuracy of produced reports and statements.Applicants must have at least a first degree in Environmental Science or a closely related subject and ideally a Mastersdegree in Environmental Impact Assessment. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience of managing EIAs is required and thisexperience should have provided specialist knowledge in at least one environmental topic.
