EDMS Technical Engineers - UK - 20k to 30kOur client is looking for a dynamic Technical Engineers to provide on-site installation, training and consultancyservices to their customers.As a Technical Engineer you will be part of the Company's international team that provides on-site services with theircustomers (end-users and partners). You will be able to provide friendly and professional customer service. You must bean excellent communicator and a good troubleshooter in addition to being patient, accurate and a fast learner.Essential Skills and Experience- Experience with document-management, scanning or full-text retrieval applications is essential, within a customerservice engineer capacity.- Your education is to A Level or equivalent and you have achieved MCP or MCSE qualifications.
