My client, a well known professional services firm in lovely offices is seeking a Document and Design Centre Operator to join their team. PURPOSE OF JOB: To provide a comprehensive document production and design service to the Business Unit working as part of the Document & Design Centre Team. This is a varied role producing client deliverables for all Technical Managers and above, across all Service Lines. TYPICAL ACTIVITIES *To produce high quality client deliverables and documents in correct housestyle, branding and format: -Statutory Account Production -SAGE APA -MS Word Reports -Bank letters (mail merge) -General correspondence (letters, faxes, emails) -File/Meeting Notes -Powerpoint slides/presentations -Excel spreadsheets -Advising internal clients on printing methods and making recommendations -Working with printers regarding final output -Ensuring that production assignments are effectively prioritised, delivered on time and expectations sensitively managed, including management of print and quality assured. -To work as part of the Document & Design Centre team, monitoring incoming work requests via e-mail and covering in times of team members absence SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED *Minimum of 3 years experience in a client-driven professional environment *High standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all numeric work *Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build good team relationships *Good level of communication skills both written and oral *Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise an often conflicting workload *Advanced Word/SAGE APA/Powerpoint//Excel/Lotus Notes *Intermediate experience in using Databases *Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm *Numerical/data analysis skills *Ability to use initiative and problem solve and to make appropriate recommendations *Desktop packages include: Word advanced; Excel advanced; Powerpoint advanced.
