Description:

Minimum of 2 years DMR experience;Proven DMR Marketing experience (Direct Mail, on-line and email Campaigns);Retail Experience an advantage;Target driven;Ability to engage up to senior management level;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Experience of Security market and products;Strong negotiation skills;Self Starter;Ability to develop strategic partnerships.Responsibilities:To help define quarterly sales target by product platforms through partners and to define and control quarterly marketingbudgets where applicable.Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Identify partner training needs and either personally delivers basic training or engage appropriate resources to deliver.Qualify partner and sell commercial benefits to multi level contacts within the account, using presentation skills.Support Partner in sales opportunities, which will involve joint customer meetings.Develop assigned channel partners to highest suitable level of channel partner program accreditationSales/Marketing Initiatives - Work with Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute successful sales initiatives.Research, analyse, recommend, and execute Channel Marketing and Sales Training initiatives for existing partners.Market Development Identifies and develops successful long-term opportunities and partnerships. Research, recommend,and execute channel marketing programs for these new accounts.Facilitate relationships between our Sales team and the key Partner sales and consulting teams.Forecast/Projections - Track, co-ordinate and report on local sales opportunities involving partners.To manage the channel partners in such a way that they are successfully promoting us in preference to any other softwaresecurity or network management product and are selling at the correct market price.Formulate business plan and gain agreement within assigned accounts, to execution for business plan implementation.Establish regular review processes and define future developments in sales strategy with partners.Penetrate accounts at senior management levels through executive briefings and meetings to establish strong multi levelrelationships within accounts.Manage all business relationships with accountsProvide a focal point for day-to-day business issues.Ensure close liaison with all relevant functions to communicate product and support needs and communicate strategicdevelopments/risks within the partner.Provide timely and accurate revenue and management reports managing business performance against quarterly and annualobjectives.Manage our current procedures and policies into assigned channel territoryEnsure that our internal systems are fully updated and accessed on a regular basis.Business planning to achieve revenue goals and define future developments in sales strategy.Be a 'champion' for the partner organization. Promotes reseller strategy and customer activity as appropriate to thevendor sales team.Understand the reseller business model and focus and communicate growth activities appropriatelyCommunicate our strategy and aims on a quarterly basis.
