Description:

My client is looking for five permanent development managers to join them in their offices in Surrey and Manchester. Youwill either manage a game franchise or manage one or more components of a complex, large and strategic project. You need3+ years of leadership experience (line management); 3+ years of software development experience; 3 years ProjectManagement experience; as well as strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills. If you experiences aregained in a media environment we are definitely interested in hearing from you. You should have a degree and PMP orPRINCE 2 Certification is an asset. The ability to think outside the box in a challenging and ambiguous environment;being resourceful and creating constructive and innovative solutions is key for this role. You need to be able toeffectively partner with peers outside of team toestablish alliances and aid in strategic planning. You proactively identify risks associated with meeting projectmilestones; ensuring that necessary steps are taken to resolve issues which may impede progress or compromise project'sobjectives.
