Development Manager required. This is an exciting time to join this highly respected Kent/ South East London borders software house as a Development Manager when their well-regarded engineering group is migrating their application from Powerbuilder to .Net. You will be responsible for managing the evolution as well as defining and tracking process improvements. You will have worked in a similar development manager role for at least two years and have excellent people management and strong project management skills. This is a hands on role, so your background will be in Software Engineering using object oriented (oo) techniques. You must also have experience of process engineering or re-engineering techniques ideally coupled with change management experience and significant experience of commercial applications built on relational database management systems (RDBMS).
