Description:

Our client, a blue chip drinks company, are looking for a Development Manager to manage the technical innovation process for all commercial equipment, delivering projects within agreed expectations. Reporting to the Equipment Supply Controller, key responsibilities will include managing technical innovation, improving the reliability performance of current commercial equipment, maintaining and controlling the equipment spares list, reviewing and assessing all relevant NPD projects, and providing technical support and training to Install and Service Teams and external customers. Suitable candidates should be educated to degree level in an engineering discipline and have at least 10 years experience in an engineering development role. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years proven ability with people management, and come from one the following industries - drinks, brewing, refrigeration, dispensing, vending or equipment development in a related industry.
