They are looking for a highly skilled and technical very confident Senior Developer to join their Trading Systems Group. This group develops world-class solutions used by some of the largest investment banks and asset managers in the world for order flow and position management. You will be working on new products in an exciting, real-time environment and developing enhancements to existing system functionality. You will be responsible for all aspects of software product lifecycle and address urgent issues for clients. Requirements: Extremely strong C and C++ skills (5 yrs+), pure UNIX development background (mainly in Solaris), No finance experience necessary required but order management systems experience useful, IPC, multi-threading and multi-processing skills, relevant degree preferred, strong analytical mind & proven project success Abraxas plc acts as an employment agency/business.
