: Our ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years in the IT Industry in a technical support capacity with 2 years experience in supporting Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows NT Desktop environment. Proven technical aptitude & problem solving skills, troubleshooting installations of software on new & existing equipment, experience of automated support & management tools, experience in LAN networking technologies desirable. MCP/MCSE or equivalent desirable. Candidates should hold current security clearance or be willing to undergo security clearance procedures.
