1st & 2nd Line Support, Software, Hardware, Windows 2000 & XP, Outlook, Exchange, MS Office, Windows 2000 & 2003 Serverknowledge advantageous. This leading Network Consultancy is looking for an experienced Cover Systems Engineer to provide1st and 2nd line support to their clients. You must have at least 2 years solid technical support experience, excellentknowledge of the Microsoft product range and experience of problem solving in a LAN / WAN environment. Certificationssuch as MCSE, MCP, APS or A+ would be highly desirable.
