They now require the following: SENIOR ENGINEERS - Responsibility in this role as a Senior Engneer, with emphasis typically placed on customer interfaces and Engineering Administrations of larger EPC Projects. Qualified to degree level in Mechanical Engineering, backed by 5/7 years experience, the majority of which will have been in subsea and / or surface products. Applicants must be self starters, capable of motivating small teams of Engineerrs and Designers. DESIGNERS - Minimum HNC Engineering plus 3-5 years design experience ideally in surface/subsea products with a broad understanding of manufacturing processes. ProE experience preferred. ENGINEERS - Responsible for the interpretations of client specifications and identifying solutions. 5 years experience in surface and/or subsea products advantageous and ideally qualified to degree level in Mechanical Engineering. PROJECT MANAGERS - Should have 10 years experience of subsea sector and a good design background. PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR HND qualified your role will be to review project schedules, attend project meetings and to manage small projects.
