Description:

DESIGNER (AUTOCAD) SOUTH WALES PERMANENT. Our Client is looking for a designer to provide architectural drawings and atechnical information service for projects ranging from traditionally-styled designs to major housing schemes, citycentre builds and mixed-use development. You will co-ordinate external consultants, produce and update site layouts toachieve the optimum balance of quality andprofitability, and act as a principal point of contact for all technical queries relating to particular sites. There isalso opportunity to be involved in bespoke designs and redesigns for unique or unusual sites. You will need a thoroughknowledge of AutoCAD, house-building design and Planning and NHBC regulations. You must have the stamina to see designprojects through and the judgement to prioritise effectively under pressure, backed by a HNC/ONC/BTEC. RL 0510-19
