The role:Key to this position is New Product introduction with the view to enhance the company's market share. You must have alogical but creative approach to Product design, along with extensive hands-on electro-mechanical engineering experience,ideally in a domestic consumer products environment. As a Senior Design Engineer working closely with New ProductDevelopment and Marketing teams, youll need to be an effective communicator and have good people management skills.The Candidate:You will posses good project management skills taking into account financial, quality, functionality andmanufacturability issues. Liaising with other internal and external functions (external and internal communications willinevitably be both UK and globally based) efficiently will be a critical aspect of the project management.You will be an expert user of Pro/Engineer specifically surfacing within pro/E using Pro/Surface).
