Suitable candidates should have knowledge of-- Piping Layout/isometrics in an Oil & Gas or petrochemical application if possible.- Pressure Vessels (PD.5500 or ASME VIII)- Structural steelworkExperience of AutoCAD is essential. For someone from a structural or piping background, knowledge of Bentley AutoPlantsoftware or similar 3D plant/package modelling software would be advantageous as would a good working knowledge ofP&IDs, PFDs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. To be fully aware of personal workload in order to plan, organise and prioritise workload to ensure all documentsubmission/issue dates required by either enquiries or contracts are maintained.2. To be fully familiar with individual project work scope in order to prepare, monitor and maintain Design DevelopmentPlans, ensuring all design reviews and actions are completed as scheduled.3. To be fully familiar with department and company procedures, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in fullcompliance at all times.4. To liase with Engineering Staff to understand calculation requirements, read, understand and apply projectspecifications, national and international standards in the preparation and revision of accurate, error free, nonambiguous engineering drawings.5. To liase with Engineering Staff to understand calculation requirements, read, understand and apply projectspecifications, national and international standards in the checking of engineering drawings to ensure they are accurate,error free and non ambiguous.6.
