JOB REQUIREMENTS:Your responsibilities will include, design and co-ordination of mechanical services, HVAC, preparing drawings andspecifications, organising Tender issues, budget costings, surveys, attending site and design meetings, valuations andassisting in final accounts and variations.Experience in one or more of the following project areas would also be beneficial, Offices, Residential, Schools,Hospitals, Retail Developments, Factories and Warehouses.
