Able to delegate, motivateand think strategically, they will need to be dynamic, very commercially aware and able to enthusiastically generate awinning culture within his/her team of 9 staff.The depot operates all products (pumps, heating, drying, vent and air conditioning) across a large geographical area.This position will suit someone with a successful track record in Branch Management.Salary will be dependent upon experience and the successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working for a multimillion pound turnover company.
