Description:

Delivery Co-Ordinator/Project Manager Bournemouth Delivery Co-Ordinator/Project Manager required to project manage the delivery of a customer contact centre. Essentially this is a business change role rather than a technical role. Experience Required: 3 Years experience of project management and implementing business change solutions in relation to customer contact and customer services. Contact center experience Knowledge of development lifecycles and methodologies. Familiar with commercial aspects of relationship management (particularly with suppliers). Experience of liason over the delivery of physical elements to align with the delivery of business change and technology. Experience of implementing solutions including CRM and contact management technologies. Experience of working within at least 1 Local Authority in a software implementation capacity. In depth knowledge of project management for information systems, including strong issue/risk/dependency management and, excellent scoping, estimation, planning and schedu: Delivery Co-Ordinator/Project Manager required to project manage the delivery of a customer contact centre.
