Description:

The role of Data Consultant is to deliver managed and software solution services into clients. They will be expected tohave a wealth of knowledge of packaging compliance data and the UK regulations, coupled strong data analysis skills,attention to detail and a commercial acumen.Key Responsibilities- Manage client accounts and provide consultancy services to deliver managed service to a portfolio of clients.- Provide software implementation support to clients or where required- Support sales team to win new clients.- Assess compliance reporting requirements with new and existing clients- Develop service with existing clients to ensure maximum service delivery efficiencies are maintained and that membersdata is submitted to the required accuracy standards.- Specify data reports from clients and ensure reports are provided in a timely manner.- Analyse product information and sales data from clients and work closely with Data Team to ensure data is sufficientfor loading into PDC and packaging weights data collection (where appropriate).- Prepare proposals, meeting reports and compliance reports as required.- Support and train member facing colleagues, where required.- Escalate client delivery issues to Manager where necessary.Person specification- Excellent communicator with high level of confidence and competence with the Packaging Waste Regulations and relatedactivities.- A motivated individual who is organised and can manage complex processes.- Strong data analysis skills- Excellent customer and account management skills.- IT literate including: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access.- Able to prioritise workloads and varying levels of demand for their assistance from clients.- Sound knowledge of sources of technical and specialist sources of data information.- Excellent presentation skills.- Must be assertive in account meetings and to perform well under pressure.- Good influencerTo take advantage of this opportunity simply apply via the button shown.
