Description:

Being responsible for a number of accounts in around the central belt of Scotland your remit will be to accept andrespond to customer requests to repair hardware. Plan and implement hardware installations, upgrades and engineeringchanges. Responsible for regular preventative maintenance visits on IT equipment ie Data Storage Systems, mainframeprocessors and client server based products. Working within the existing team providing a 24x 7 on call rota you willideally have 2 3 years experience in a similar role ideally working with either IBM midrange AS400 / RS6000, SunSolaris or Mainframe as well as an appreciation of PC based systems and O/Ss. This is an excellent opportunity to joinone of the market leaders in the Data Storage arena.
