Role PurposeTo provide a high level of Customer Service to clients.Hours:37.5 per week in accordance with shift pattern in operation.Week 1 08:00 16:30 (Monday to Friday)Week 2 09:00 18:30 (Monday to Thursday)09:00 13:00 (Friday)Week 3 11:30 20:00 (Monday)12:30 20:00 (Tuesday to Friday)09:00 13:00 (Saturday)Key Responsibilities Take Inbound calls from clients. Make Outbound calls to clients. Investigate problems on a clients file and resolve Maintain a high quality of notes on to Baines Admin (internal computer system) Full understanding of internal computer system (e.g. Baines Admin and Workflow Competent use of Microsoft software (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook) Full understanding of procedures in order to request action from other departments with respect to amendments of clientfiles. Work within Data Protection Act and Office of Fair Trading guidelines Be aware of compliance and adhere to it all times Fully manage client files when giving adviceCompetences:Providing customer service1.
