CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATORSalary: Up to GBP 16,500 p a (depending on experience)Newcastle- upon TyneOur client is the largest European based hygiene company with fluff and tissue products as principal product areas. Dueto ongoing developments, they have a further vacancy for a person who can demonstrate their understanding that highquality service means satisfied customers.Working as part of a small team you will ensure sales orders are efficiently processed, maintain accurate pricinginformation, and instigate the raising and auditing of invoices in line with delivery requirements. Liasing with a widevariety of internal and external customers you will need to develop effective relationships and demonstrate a flexible/adaptable approach when dealing with a range of people. You should also possess competent IT skills to input, track andextract information to provide a service to your customers, and through attention to detail about any queries andproviding accurate information about their orders, you will ensure their needs are met.Your education should include a minimum 4 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade A, or equivalent, and a NVQ inCustomer Service would be a distinct advantage. However, they will also support you to work towards obtaining relevantcustomer service qualifications as part of your development. Ideally you will have had experience in a similar rolewithin a retailing, logistics or warehouse environment.Successful applicants will have worked in teams, have a positive response to a changing working environment, and convinceus of their ability to demonstrate confident communication skills and a desire to continuously improve the service theyprovide.The team will operate over a 7day week, and day shifts will meet business hours of 0800 1800.Terms, conditions and salary are commensurate with a progressive organisation and include 25 days holiday, a contributoryfinal salary pension and annual bonus scheme.
