As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for the field and office based service team that ensures thatthe company continues to meet the changing needs of its customers through proactive customer liaison. Through closemanagement of your team you will ensure that debts are minimised, price increases to contracts are successfullynegotiated and cancellations are kept to a minimum.The successful applicant will have had experience of working within a business to business environment, have hadexperience of working with KPIs and possess good commercial acumen. Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential,along with the ability to motivate and manage a team of people.The right candidate will be rewarded with an attractive OTE of GBP 31,000.
