World leading Swedish organisation requires Project Managers. The objective of the role is: To manage the end to end delivery of customer facing Systems Integration projects to cost, time and quality requirements.2.0RESPONSIBILITIESWhere feasible and appropriate, participate in project scoping and planning activity during the sales and proposal processOn commencement of the project:Confirm understanding of project goals, scope, resourcing, workplan and deliverablesMobilise the Company, and where appropriate, customer team membersEstablish effective project management, governance and reporting structuresMaintain regular and effective communications with the customer and account team and ensure prompt and effective resolution of scope, relationship or project issuesIdentify issues and risks to the completion of the project and make recommendations for resolution, actioning the recommendation where appropriateTake day to day responsibility for the supervision of the project teamREQUIREMENTSØStrong project management skillsØMinimum of five years Project Management experience with two years experience of managing complex Systems Integration Projects with proven responsibility in all phases; - pre-sales, pre-study, project deliveryØExperience of managing third party suppliers/partners within projects essential ØProven ability to adapt, improve and implement handling of scope, risks, changes inc. customer adaptations, solution management/support.ØExtensive Travel is essential and the role may involve managing SI Projects abroad for 3 12 month periods.If you would like to hear more about this opportunity please submit your CV to helena.kiernan@hudson.com
