What is the job?Working with the Design, Usability and Insight teams, youll ensure changes to our digital channels not only meet theneeds of the business but also exceed the expectations of our customers. Through your analysis of existing and proposedEgg projects, youll ensure that the customer experience is always as good as it can be. And through your creation andstudy of user stories, balanced with an understanding of our technical infrastructure youll devise and oversee solutionsthat satisfy the business and customers alike.What are we looking for?Of graduate calibre, youll need at least one years experience of commercially-focused website content management. Twoyears project management experience and significant time spent in a customer-facing role will have given you the skillsto operate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
