Cattles serves over700,000 customers and has a workforce of over 6000 people.Companies within the group include:Dial 4 a Loan, Welcome Financial Services, Welcome Car Finance and Shopacheck - just to name a few!Due to our company success we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager in Dunfermline.The purpose of this position is to manage existing and potential customers within designated postcode area(s) to exceedbusiness targets. We are looking for individuals who are customer service orientated, have good verbal and writtencommunication skills, problem solving abilities and good time management.The prime responsibilities are: * To interview and evaluate customer information from applications. * To identify opportunities to sell Welcome products. * To make a credit decision and gather supporting documentation in order to make an informed recommendation to the Branch Manager. * To book appointments and conduct follow up meetings with customers to confirm their terms and conditions. * To generate business from existing customer base and to monitor customer payments, identify potential issues and solutions. * To negotiate customer repayments and monitor outcome. * To train and coach both new and existing employees. * To achieve targets set to generate new business and collect existing accounts. * To comply with existing and new Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.Not only do we offer an attractive basic annual salary of GBP 14,500 but we also offer a bonus of upto 44% paid monthlytogether with a pension, life assurance, share saver scheme and 25 days holiday.
