We are looking for individuals who are customer service orientated, have good verbal and writtencommunication skills, problem solving abilities and good time management.The prime responsibilities are: * To interview and evaluate customer information from applications. * To identify opportunities to sell Welcome products. * To make a credit decision and gather supporting documentation in order to make an informed recommendation to the Branch Manager. * To book appointments and conduct follow up meetings with customers to confirm their terms and conditions. * To generate business from existing customer base and to monitor customer payments, identify potential issues and solutions. * To negotiate customer repayments and monitor outcome. * To train and coach both new and existing employees. * To achieve targets set to generate new business and collect existing accounts. * To comply with existing and new Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.Not only do we offer an attractive basic annual salary of GBP 14,500 but we also offer a bonus of upto 44% paid monthlytogether with a pension, life assurance, share saver scheme and 25 days holiday.
