Description:

The research produced will be both general, written to a schedule, and specific to clients which is unplanned. Theindividual will also be called upon to deliver consultancy to specified clients, and to support the sales and consultingteams with their client proposals and presentations.The role of CRM Research Director is highly visible, both internally and externally, and the individual will beconsidered an expert in their field. Presentations at conferences, seminars etc will be a regular occurance.The candidate must have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding and experience of CRM implementations and strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal.
