CRM professionals will need to demonstrate skills in marketing and customer strategy, marketing sciences,customer insight, customer interaction and contact centre transformation to help the clients acquire develop and retrainsatisfied, loyal customers.The main qualifications required for this role are a minimum 2 years CRM experience and man management experience withinthe Financial Services sector, a good level degree and also the flexibility to travel UK wide on client sites as and whenrequired.You will need to be a strong communicator who is able to translate complex technical/business issues into simplisticterminology.
