This is an exciting and challenging new role within a leading, blue chip financial services business. Our client is recruiting a credit analyst to be the lead or back-up analyst for a full list of large credits in the metals and mining sector. This is an attractive role that requires a large amount of analytical and client facing exposure. You will participate in meetings with management of rated businesses and will have strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts. You will perform targeted accounting reviews and negotiate credit ratings for multinational blue chip clients and be able to think critically and apply healthy scepticism with regards to your clients. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience within a blue chip business or credit rating agency and ideally have some European reporting exposure and be a confident and articulate communicator.
