The position is responsible for the effective development, implementation and measurement of off-line marketing campaignsfor all Casino and Poker products, using various media channels, with the objective of increasing the number of Membersin Scandinavia and Finland. The successful candidate will have a solid background of direct Marketing in Scandinavia.Several years of marketing management including budgets; third party agencies, media, creative, PR, promotions,sponsorship experience. Extensive experience of setting up agreements with third party providers, e.g. Service LevelAgreements, including sliding-scale fees and penalty clauses for non-delivery. Media segmentation and monitoring ROI,Creative management experience (e.g. concept; executions and copy] campaigns with agencies and PR management experienceThe ideal candidate will have: Ability to negotiate effectively with local Advertising and Design agency suppliers and Media outlets Excellent presentation skills both written and verbal Ability to develop the business proposal for new local country marketing campaigns Creativity and vision able to improvise and proactively solve problems Awareness of the impact of legal frameworks when developing marketing strategy Strong interpersonal skills - ability to influence & inspire others and to work effectively in a multi-geography team.
