Our clients ability to attract prestigious new clients has resulted in the explosive growth of their Tax Advisory team in the Thames Valley. As such they are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager who is keen to join both a well-established business which delivers an extensive range of core and specialist services already but who is also excited by the opportunity to positively contribute to the further growth and expansion of the business.Reporting to the Tax Partner you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing a timely and profitable service, providing advice and support on compliance and planning issues to clients. You will also undertake sales and marketing activities to promote products and services, as well as financial and staff management. This is a well respected and demanding position therefore at least 4 years of solid Corporate Tax experience is a must, ideally from a Top 10 background, however ambitious individuals from smaller firms are also welcome.ATII/CTA or ACA qualified, excellent management skillsIdeally you will have had prior managerial responsibilities within your previous Corporate Tax career and certainly you should have the requisite personality and leadership skills to successfully manage and motivate a team, including an ability to perform appraisals and provide on-going coaching.
