The role is based in Leeds and will involve liaison with both internal and external clients. Your internal client basewill include the Partners and staff of the Corporate Recovery team. This high profile firm is looking to recruit anexperienced insolvency /corporate recovery administrator to join its Leeds team. The role is very varied and afford abreadth of exposure to all aspects of corporate recovery work. Main duties involve; administration of a personal caseloadof files, encompassing all types of insolvency procedures, both personal and corporate; liaison with case debtors andcreditors including HM Customs & Excise, the Inland Revenue, employees and suppliers; developing and utilising a clearunderstanding of the principal terms of each insolvency process and the impact of such on the different sets ofstakeholders; maintaining statutory diaries and other records as required; assisting with asset realisation and thirdparty negotiations thereon, in liaison with case manager etc. The firm is keen to develop its staff and so long termstudy support and progression is available for the successful candidate. The role would particularly suit someone from alarge firm looking to secure a more all round role. |
