This Big 4 Corporate Finance team has consistently been the adviser of choice to companies in the middle market over recent years. Offering truly independent advice on the full spectrum of corporate finance-related issues. As an Executive you will be working on a variety of corporate finance transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBO's, MBI's, IBO's and IPO's reporting to either Partner or Director. This role offers the potential for significant development and promotion for strong performers. It is vital that you have a minimum of 3-4 years corporate finance experience from within an accountancy firm, bank or Venture Capitalist.
