We believe firmly in only the best nutritional food and cooking real home made food. You will ideally haveexperience of catering for large numbers, ordering and controlling budgets, and overseeing the hygiene systems within thekitchen.We will be looking for Cooks to assist the catering/kitchen manager in delivering up to 150 covers three times a day. Youwill have a team of assistants helping you deliver the food and look after the kitchen as a whole.The accommodation is provided in the style of large chalet style tented accommodation with electricity, lights, etc. Itis a modest wage with free food and accommodation and, but a real life changing experience.You will be part of a staff team who are aiming to give the children that stay with us a positive life changingexperience, while participating incamping and adventurous activities during their stay with us.
