: First class career opportunity for you to join this successful, rapidly growing and highly profitable company who specialise in the provision of helicopters and associated services to both the military and commercial sectors. Your role will be to manage the companys portfolio of contracts, advise on amendments to current contracts and understand the legal requirements. You will advise on general business documentation and on terms of business from standard purchasing agreements to large sub-contractor arrangements. You will also be required to advise on legislation changes and the effect on company documentation. With proven experience of managing contracts of a legally binding nature, experience of MOD contractual requirements is a distinct advantage. Experience of contracts relating to overseas arrangements and commercial experience of business is required together with negotiating contracts on behalf of companies and experience of financial requirements and constraints involved with the setting up of new contracts and amending existing contracts. Good IT skills and experience of working with and in multi-functional project teams is essential. |
