Our client is a leading contractor who has a very successful track record within the industry. They carry out a number of design and build contracts up to the value of GBP 6m and due to continued success, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to run a number of newly awarded projects which are due to start early December. You must have had over 10 years experience within the industry, with over 5 years working as a Contracts Manager for a large commercial developer. You will have worked on a number of high value projects; experience in commercial, industrial and educational projects will be a distinct advantage.
