Our client is a main contractor with regional offices across the UK. Their office in london looks after Social Housing, Retail and Commercial projects across the South East. The project division is 50/50 across new build and refurbishment.New build projects use concrete, timber & RFC frames with various facade treatments. Some of the projects involve high-rise buildings, some involve the installation of commercial units and creating basement car parks.Refurbishment projects centre around kitchen and bathroom installation.The company require a Contracts Manager to join the team and look after projects across the South East, varying in size from GBP 3-15million, so experience of working within a main contractor on projects of this size in neccessary, knowledge of the partnering process would be an advantage.You must be a strong team player and be able to lead and keep a team working and motivated.
