Description:

Prepare and produce both internal and external reports and forecasts in accordance with internal and external procedures.Assist, where appropriate, the Project Director or Project Manager and construction staff in their discussions withsubcontractors / suppliers to ensure they are selected in accordance with Division procedures and are competent inhealth, safety and environmental protection matters. Assist during the discussions, to ensure that the subcontractor /supplier has allocated sufficient resources to comply with the Health & Safety and Environmental Plans, and his ownassessment of the risks and preventive and protection measures associated with the works. Provide leadership by promotinginterest in and enthusiasm for health & safety and the protection of the environment, in line with the Division andProject targets and by setting a good example. Ensure that the duties allocated under the risk schedule are fulfilled.Prepare and maintain a Project risk register. Develop, implement and manage the site accounting procedures Develop,implement and manage the site financial reporting procedures Develop, implement and manage the site procurementprocedures. Assist the Project Director or Project Manager in the selection of subcontractors / suppliers and thepreparation of their orders Checking that the Administration Manager and his Staff have set up an efficient stock controlsystem and in conjunction with the engineering maintains an efficient materials reconciliation schedule Advise theProject Director or Project Manager on matters pertaining to the Companys obligations under the Contract. Attend weeklymeetings on progress, commercial and final account with the Project Manager. Construction Manager, Technical ServicesManager, Environmental Manager, Health & Safety Advisor, Security Manager, Community Relations Manager, Project Buyer,Project Accountant, Project Surveyor, Administration Manager, Customers Contract Administrator and Cost Engineer.
