Thegroup turn over more than GBP 300 million a year and have an excellent reputation of delivering high quality projects.Geographical Remit:Working throughout CambridgeshireRequirements:* Experience in general building, new build, commercial, refurbishment and retail.* A proven track record with a main building contractor.* A proven track record with a main building contractor.* Suitable applicant will have a trade/technical background of the industry and ability to organise and control a varietyof building projects.* Possess strong organisational, leadership and administration skills.* An excellent communicator at all levels.* Minimum of 3 years Contracts Management experience.* Preferably CITB management or CSCS.* First Aid Qualified.Package Offered:Basic Salary: GBP 40,000 to GBP 45,000 Depending On Experience.Competitive Package, Car, Pension, Bonus, etcIf your current package is higher than the above please still apply stating your current package and what you are lookingfor.
