The ideal candidate should be a bright individual who is quick to learn, comfortable communicating with people at alllevels and used to working in a team environment.Role:Administer support contracts including updating database and liaison with internal & external customers.Process incoming NSS/MS orders in a timely mannerProcess under/over 10k renewals according to agreed procedureUpdate & maintain schedules to ensure accuracy of information to support Helpdesk & revenue recognitionReconcile & maintain Agresso backlogAttend customer meetings as and when requiredResolve queries from Customers, Credit Control & any other source as requiredPrompt filing of all documentationRequired Skills:Good administrative & time management skillsAbility to prioritise own workP.C literacy essential with knowledge of Microscoft Office applicationsExcellent inter-personal skills are a requirement as the role entails liaison with both internal & external customers atall levels.Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills
