Description:

An urgent contract position for a Software Test Engineer to work with our clients product designers to develop test plans, create a solution to implement the test plan to simulate user scenarios, develop PC software needed to run the tests and to commission the completed test system and working with the team to modify and enhance as the development continues. Candidates will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:-Good C / C++ and programming in the Windows environment (using Visual Studio)-An in-depth understanding of Windows hardware and networking. -Knowledge of commercial software test products and best practice in software test.Any understanding of comms protocols and serial interfaces on real time embedded systems would be beneficial.
