The contract surveyor is responsible forPreparation of monthly interim valuations and claims for payment Preparation, submission and agreement of final accountsValuations of contract variationsMonitoring of contract expenditure budgets against proposed and actual costs.Some procurement of specialist sub-contractors and subsequent agreement of sub-contractor payments and final accounts.Monitoring of actual contract programme performance against anticipated programme.The company occupies an office in a rural location north of Andover. It is essential that the contract surveyor is ableand willing to work on his/her own initiative as part of a small team.
