As part of their effort to consolidate their position in the North West area, they require an experienced and energeticContracts Manager. New build projects will range from GBP 5M to GBP 30M and encompass residential, commercial, industrial andeducational sectors as well as some of their own commercial developments.The ideal candidate will have at least 10yrs experience in a Main Contracting environment at Project/Contracts Managementlevel with a wide knowledge of construction techniques and practices on projects to GBP 20M. Ideally they will have aconstruction related degree qualification although trades will be considered.This is a strategic role within the company and the package will be reflected in this.
