Due to recent success with a number of large projects here in the UK, they are currently in the market for 2 experienced Consultant Sales Engineers. These particular roles will see you focusing on the Building Management Systems (BMS) division. You will be responsible for generating sales of high-end control systems through strategic targeting of key decision makers throughout the South East market. You will be dealing on a daily basis with Mechanical Contractors, System Integrators, Architects and Specifiers on a day-to-day basis to ensure that your sales are driven through various key stakeholders throughout a project design phase. To be successful in your application for this role, you will need to display extensive knowledge of large-scale BMS control systems. You must have at least 2 years experience in a sales capacity with building management systems and have a proven track record in winning major commercial jobs through tenders or direct sales. Above all, you must display extremely polished interpersonal and negotiation skills, and have a professional presentation style. This outstanding opportunity comes with an industry leading remuneration package that will include a base salary commensurate on experience but expect it to be circa GBP 35-GBP 45K. Also included will be a commission structure based on your performance and a car allowance.
